Training and examinations in the professional qualifications of renewable energy installers

With the rise of new installations of equipment using RES around the world, of course, installations also began to appear that were carried out unprofessionally, in violation of valid regulations, or not fully functional. The European Commission has therefore added to its Directive 2009/28 / EC a regulation on certification schemes for installers of biomass boilers and stoves, solar photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, shallow geothermal systems and heat pumps. Based on this, we have prepared 5 training modules, which end with an exam and the award of a certificate valid for 5 years. This is a full-day training and examination in an authorized testing laboratory in front of one to two authorized testing commissioners.

We perform test modules:

1. Plumber of solar thermal systems (23-099-M) - applies to installations of flat and tubular solar collectors;
2. Heating engineer - installer of biomass boilers (36-149-H) - applies to installations of boilers for wood, pellets, wood chips and other types of solid biomass;
3. Heating engineer - installer of biomass stoves with hot water exchanger (36-148-H) - applies to installations of stoves and fireplace inserts with hot water exchanger using biomass;
4. Heating engineer for systems with heat pumps and shallow geothermal systems (26-074-M) - applies to installations of all types of heat pumps - air / water, water / water and ground / water;
5. Electrician for photovoltaic systems (26-014-H) - applies to installations of photovoltaic panels and systems.

The system has been in operation for six years. So far, about 2500 heating engineers and plumbers have completed it in our test rooms.

S rozmachem nových instalací zařízení využívajících OZE po celém světě se pochopitelně také začaly objevovat instalace, které byly provedeny neodborně, v rozporu s platnými předpisy, nebo ne zcela funkční. Evropská komise proto do své směrnice 2009/28/ES přidala  nařízení o systémech osvědčování pro osoby provádějící instalaci kotlů a kamen na biomasu, solárních fotovoltaických a solárních tepelných systémů, mělkých geotermálních systémů a tepelných čerpadel. Na základě toho jsme připravili 5 školících modulů, které končí zkouškou a udělením certifikátu s platností na 5 let. Jedná se o celodenní školení a zkoušku v autorizované zkušební laboratoři před jedním až dvěma autorizovanými zkušebními komisaři.

Zkušební moduly provádíme:

1. Instalatér solárních termických soustav (23-099-M) – platí pro instalace plochých i trubicových solárních kolektorů;
2. Topenář – montér kotlů na biomasu (36-149-H) – platí pro instalace kotlů na dřevo, pelety, štěpku a jiné druhy pevné biomasy;
3. Topenář montér kamen na biomasu s teplovodním výměníkem (36-148-H) – platí pro instalace kamen a krbových vložek s teplovodním výměníkem využívajících biomasu;
4. Instalatér soustav s tepelnými čerpadly a mělkých geotermálních systémů (26-074-M) – platí pro instalace veškerých typů tepelných čerpadel – vzduch/voda, voda/voda i země/voda;
5. Elektromontér fotovoltaických systémů (26-014-H) – platí pro instalace fotovoltaických panelů a systémů.

Systém je v činnosti šestým rokem. Zatím jej v našich zkušebnách absolvovalo asi 2500 topenářů a instalatérů.
