Ratgeber Ofen is the service portal for interested parties and users of fireplaces for solid fuels. On the website (currently only in German) and in the social media, questions on the selection of appliances, correct operation and suitable fuels will be answered, as well as questions on legal principles and regulatory requirements for fireplaces. The aim is to sensitise consumers and the general public to the topic of solid fuels and modern fireplaces and to provide ongoing information on current developments and technical innovations. To this end, technical information is competently prepared and presented in a generally comprehensible manner.

Ziel ist es, Verbraucher und Öffentlichkeit für das Thema „Feste Brennstoffe und moderne Feuerstätten“ zu sensibilisieren und über aktuelle Entwicklungen und technische Neuerungen laufend zu informieren. Deshalb werden hier fachliche Informationen kompetent aufbereitet und allgemein verständlich dargestellt.

Zudem finden Kunden und Interessenten hier stets ein offenes Ohr – für Fragen, Kritik und Anregungen.
